I'm a life-long lover of nature, music, photography and the written word. I've always wanted to share my passions and, when my life completely shifted gears and directions a few years back, I figured there was never a better time.

The pandemic we are all going through has brought what's important to us into sharp focus. For me, it's my kids and my home, my trail, and my writing. You can generally find me with one of the three. It's a guarantee I'll have music on, so I've included some of my favorites below.

The Pacific Northwest is home to me and the outdoors is filled with inspiration. I hope to bring my experiences here to you wherever you are and hopefully connect on the things that feed the collective soul or at least offer a different way of looking at things. Thanks for joining me today!
