The Hands We Hold

We didn't know what we wanted to be. We weren't supposed to know yet. We didn't know that life had its own ideas and would test each one of us. We didn't know how hard it would be. We only knew to hold hands.

We knew everything we needed to.

Our siblings hold our history. They are life's longest relationship. Hold tight. Our mom snapped this picture after we'd gone missing but reappeared coming across the parking lot holding hands. She always remembers her relief. We always remember one of our first team pictures.
