Enjoy the Ride

We're all worn smooth by the constant drip or deluge of daily chaos. The intention is a marker in the distance; a place to plant your eyes while the body spins. You may still be getting your ass kicked by the current, but that current has purpose when there is intention. It's what you have to go through to get where you're going.

So set the intention and remember; the current isn't the punishment, it's the ride.
